Life can be tough…
At times, life can feel overwhelming, and having the right support can make all the difference. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, explore patterns, and create meaningful change in your life and relationships.
I specialise in working with:
Individuals and Couples | Gender | Sexuality | Relationships | Anxiety | Work/Life balance.
I work with individuals, couples, and groups in a supportive, engaged, and professional way. My approach is rooted in existential psychotherapy, which means our work together focuses on your values, choices, beliefs, and lived experience. Therapy is not about being told who to be or how to live, but about understanding yourself more deeply and finding a way forward that feels authentic to you.
If you are considering therapy, we can discuss how the process works and whether it feels like the right fit for you.
Professionally, I hold a Doctorate in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling, as well as an MSc in Counselling Psychology. I am fully accredited by both the BACP and UKCP. I have many years of experience working within the NHS, including general practice settings and specialist services focusing on sexual health, gender, and sexuality.
Through this work, I have developed a deep appreciation for the importance of relationships, the impact of stress and anxiety, the complexities of human connection, and the value of being able to talk openly and without judgement.
My doctoral research explored the experiences of straight men in relationship therapy, further informing my understanding of identity, intimacy, and communication.
Whatever has brought you here today, therapy can provide the opportunity for insight, growth, and change. With commitment, honesty, and collaboration, we can work together towards a more fulfilling and grounded way of living.

Areas of Practice
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A confidential, supportive, and professional space to explore what is happening in your life. Therapy offers time to reflect, make sense of difficult experiences, and better understand yourself and your relationships.
My role is to listen carefully, work alongside you, and offer insight and expertise where appropriate. I do not give advice or direct you towards a particular outcome. Instead, we work collaboratively to explore your experiences, thoughts, feelings, and choices together.
COUPLES / RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also be challenging and complex. I work with same-sex, heterosexual, asexual, and non-traditional relationships, including couples and triads.
Whatever the structure of your relationship, therapy provides a safe and non-judgemental space to explore patterns, communication, intimacy, conflict, and connection. Together, we can examine what may be happening between you and consider new ways of understanding and relating to one another.
My doctoral research explored the experiences of straight men in couples therapy, further informing my understanding of relationships, identity, and communication.
SUPERVISION
I offer existential supervision for therapists in training as well as qualified practitioners.
Supervision provides a reflective and supportive space where therapists can think openly about their client work, professional development, emotional responses, and uncertainties. It is a space where ideas, intuitions, and challenges can be explored freely, alongside opportunities for support, growth, and restorative reflection.
GROUP WORK
Group work creates a space for multiple people to explore the dynamics, relationships, and patterns that exist between them.
Similar to family therapy, this approach can be valuable for personal relationships, friendship groups, organisations, and professional or commercial teams. Group work encourages dialogue, understanding, and new ways of relating.
GENDER & SEXUALITY Workshops/TRAINING
I provide workshops and training exploring gender, sexuality, identity, intimacy, and relationships.
Training can include discussions around trans, gender-diverse, queer, gay, bisexual, asexual, and other minority identities and experiences, while also examining cisgender and heterosexual identities, social expectations, and relationship dynamics. Sessions can also cover topics including sexual health, communication, and negotiating intimacy.
Workshops are tailored to the needs of organisations, professionals, educational settings, and community groups.
RESEARCH
My research interests focus on gender, sexuality, identity, and relationships, particularly gender roles, male heterosexuality, asexuality, and relational dynamics.
Alongside clinical practice, research continues to inform and deepen my understanding of the complexities of human experience and connection.
